Hey there, I’m Dr. Ally

My journey to health wasn't just about finding wellness for myself; it's was about lighting the way for others to find their own path to healing.

The path to better health can feel intimidating, but you're not alone.

As a Naturopathic Doctor, I've walked this path myself and understand the ups and downs firsthand. My mission is to be your guide, celebrating your wins and supporting you through challenges. Drawing from my own experiences and overcoming wellness struggles, I'm here to offer warm, welcoming guidance tailored to your needs. Together, let's redefine your wellness journey and make you feel vibrant, empowered, and truly alive.

Education

I began my journey to becoming a Naturopathic Doctor at the University of Guelph, where I obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science with a major in Biological Sciences and a minor in Nutrition and Nutraceutical sciences.

I then completed an additional 4 years of medical school at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) to obtain my Doctor of Naturopathy degree. Here, I also completed a 1 year internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic followed by an externship focused in Integrative Oncology.

I was previously a research student at Toronto Western Hospital, exploring pharmacological advancements in Neuro-Radiology & aneurysm procedures.

My Mission.

My mission is to help women better understand their bodies by looking beyond symptoms in isolation and connecting the dots between hormones, digestion, the nervous system, and metabolic health. Through this approach, I aim to help women make sense of what their body is telling them and feel more informed and confident in their health decisions.
